By training in our Boxing sessions you will learn correct boxing technique and skills. Even if you never wish to step in the ring and pit yourself against another person these sessions will give you the fitness and skills you desire.

For those who do wish to compete we are aligned with the Victorian Amateur Boxing Association. The VABA holds bouts every month with State, National titles each year. The VABA is also our representative organisation for Commonwealth and Olympic games.

Who do these classes attract?

14 to 50 year olds (Active – Direct) this group of people tend to be active, often playing more than one sport or training in multiple physical activities. They know what they want to do and like to work hard for it. They expect to be pushed and made to work till they have nothing left. They consider themselves strong mentally and physically. Boxing is the class of choice for this group. It focuses on the physical body is non stop and all about constant improvement through hard work and discipline.
