Our women's fitness class is all about putting a bit of fun back into your work out!!

Are you tired of the same old fitness class? Sick of exercising just for the sake of it?

Come and learn some proper skills and get fit at the same time

This is an informal class where the intensity can be tailored to your needs. You will get a whole body work out with conditioning exercises as well as learning how to punch, kick and more in a well equipped centre.

The classes are run by Simone Mitchell, a 2nd degree black belt and qualified Myotherapist.

Tuesday 10.30-11.30am. Cost=$15per session
