FRONT KICK/ PUSH KICK

 

The kick must be repeated 9 times on both legs with all kicks being correct. Three kicks at each of the student’s hip, solar plexus and chin height. At least one kick at each of the target heights should be paused for 3 seconds.

   

 

 

 

 

The knee of the kicking leg must be lifted

high before the foot is extended.

The supporting foot should slightly rotate on the extension of the kick

 

 

 

The hip must thrust forward

The ball of the foot should be extended

and toes curled back
