SPINNING KICK
The kick must be repeated 9 times on both legs with all kicks being correct. Three kicks of each of the following crescent, heel (or hook) and side. The target areas are the torso and head. You may step across before executing the technique Look at the target area at all times especially before executing the kick. The striking area must hit the target, held by the instructor, every time. Balance must be apparent throughout the kick Spinning Crescent Kick
