STRETCHING

A Student must perform three stretches. The front, side & groin stretch. Each stretch should be held a minimum of 15 seconds with out releasing the stretch.

Front Stretch

 

 

 

 

One leg out straight the other leg tucked in beside the straight leg.

Chin must touch knee of straight leg

Side Stretch

The full side splits is required.

If possible, soles of feet should stay on the floor. Legs must be straight (i.e.. not bent at the knees).

 

 

 

 

Groin Stretch

   

 

Back in an upright position with feet touching in front of the groin. Knees out to the sides.

Knees must touch floor whilst back is straight.
