Massage

We have two massage therapists working out of SMAC

Myotherapy – Simone Mitchell $45 per hour, Myotherapy is a physical therapy that provides expert assessment, treatment and management of the soft tissue structures within the body, this includes muscles, tendons, fascia and ligaments

 

Shiatsu – Lorrie Cox $45 per hour, developed in Japan, shiatsu is a finger-pressure technique utilizing traditional acupuncture points. Similar to acupressure, shiatsu concentrates on unblocking the flow of life energy and restoring balance in the meridians and organs in order to promote self-healing.
