We are very lucky to have our Tai Chi classes are conducted by Laurie Cox. Laurie is well known in the Tai Chi community and runs many sessions on the peninsula. She runs sessions at SMAC on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm - 2pm Tai Chi is an ancient art form that uses slow, controlled movements to help develop and improve balance, strenght , co-ordination and improved fitness. Perfect for people starting to exercise, returning to exercise and those who ant something more than a simple exercise session. Great for people of all ages and fitness levels.
